Sarang Desai, D.O. is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with extensive training in performing surgery on patients with foot and ankle injury. He performs surgical procedures with the use of minimally invasive techniques at OrthoTexas, Plano & Frisco. His other areas of specialization include fractures, arthritis, and reconstructive surgery. Having an athletic background, Dr. Desai is especially proficient in treating sports-related injuries, and assisting athletes to return to their normal level of physical fitness. He completed his AO fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the Michigan International Foot and Ankle Center, which is one of the only two in the country.
